To file protests on your behalf, we collect and process import entry data including entry numbers, HTS codes, shipment dates, duty amounts, and importer of record information. This information is necessary to identify eligible refunds and prepare CBP-compliant protests.
We also collect contact information (name, email, phone) and payment information to communicate with you and process success fees on approved refunds.
Your import data is used to:

We will never sell your data without your permission. We never share your import data except as required to file protests with CBP on your behalf.

Only authorized personnel have access to your data, and access is logged and monitored.
