To file protests on your behalf, we collect and process import entry data including entry numbers, HTS codes, shipment dates, duty amounts, and importer of record information. This information is necessary to identify eligible refunds and prepare CBP-compliant protests.

We also collect contact information (name, email, phone) and payment information to communicate with you and process success fees on approved refunds.

How we use your data

Your import data is used to:

• Identify shipments eligible for tariff refunds

• Monitor liquidation dates and protest deadlines

• Prepare and file protests with U.S. Customs and Border Protection

• Track claim status and refund processing

• Communicate with you about your protests and refunds

• Improve our service and automation

We will never sell your data without your permission. We never share your import data except as required to file protests with CBP on your behalf.
